Case Study: Chatbot Premier Rewards You by the Hundreds

To celebrate its 35th anniversary, Premier, a leading brand of oils and spreads, sought to launch an activity rewarding its most loyal consumers. To participate, consumers had to register their purchase invoices featuring Premier products for validation.

Activity Challenges

The activity required consumers to understand the dynamics, ensuring invoices included Premier products, participants registered correctly, and the platform functioned smoothly. 

Action Plan

To meet the client’s objectives, we executed two key phases which, simultaneously, gave continuum to the “Premier Rewards You by the Hundreds” campaign:

Challenge

Traditional baking practices have been passed down through generations, primarily through empirical and technical training from Colombia’s main workforce training entity. 

Given the limited baking training spaces and the 900% surge in virtual learning demand during the pandemic, we undertook the challenge of developing an attractive, functional, and user-friendly e-learning platform for Colmaíz users, comparable to market-leading platforms. 

Action Plan

We carried out a thorough analysis of market-leading eLarning platforms, focusing on the brand’s needs. As a result, we managed to:

The outcome

We successfully designed and developed the Colmaíz Bakers’ School, a free eLearning platform for baking, attracting students nationwide.

Create an intuitive website with advanced search options, enabling users to easily locate establishments within the mall facilities and access relevant information. 

Action Plan

To address this challenge, we:

Developed a timeless visual identity and graphic line.

Designed a clear and visible navigation system with direct access to frequently consulted content.

Implemented an interactive map with comprehensive information on commercial establishments, therefore, easing the mall navigation and increasing customer interaction and time spent at the stores.

The new website helped Cosmocentro revitalize its online presence, standing out from competitors. We also improved user experience through seamless navigation and Up-to-date information on events and establishments.

Challenge

Create a dedicated space for arepas, a staple food in Colombian families, highlighting regional variations in preparation and accompaniments, showcasing Colombia’s culinary diversity. 

Action Plan

To address this challenge, we implemented effective strategies:

Developed clear, visually appealing navigation for easy product access.

Designed a graphic line inspired by Colombian cultural traditions, showcasing the country’s identity.

Introduced interactive elements, such as detailed maps, to illustrate regional arepa variations, improving the educational experience customers would get when browsing the website.

The outcome

We created a website showcasing Colombia’s rich culinary heritage, providing detailed product and recipe information. To reach a broader audience, we adapted the site into three international versions: Panama, Costa Rica, and Chile. 

The website design was selected as a finalist in the Clap Awards, competing in the category of Best Website Graphic Design for a Product or Service.

The challenge was to conceptualize, develop, and manage an interactive, massive, and high-impact activity that would reach many participants and generate economic revenue for the client.

The outcome

Our participation in the execution of this project was integral, as we led and executed each phase of the process: conceptualization, graphics, chatbot creation, administration, review and validation of invoices, announcement of winners, and management of prizes to ensure they reached each winner. More importantly, by implementing this contest, Vanish and Woolite achieved their objectives, increasing sales and promoting product awareness among consumers.

The project was paused for a while, but with the ideal of preserving the tradition, it was decided that it was going to be taken up again and update it under a new name: Club Amantes de la Pasta, with the aim of reaching a wider public and contributing to the loyalty of the brand’s consumers. 

The challenge

To achieve the proposed goals, the challenge of creating a community around pasta, gourmet cuisine, the art of pairing and the culinary experience at the table had to be overcome. 

Action plan

To launch the contest, we implemented the following actions:

Creation of club space, where users can find exclusive Conzazoni content.

02

valuable content creation on topics of interest to club members, such as haute cuisine, dining experience and pasta recipes.

03

Development of dynamics that provide users with exclusive brand benefits.

04

Evaluation of metrics, to identify consumer interests and collect relevant data to improve brand marketing strategies.

The outcome

From these actions, we have designed and developed an exclusive website for the club, with access through prior registration for data capture and with a user-centered navigation, which makes it easier to access content such as recipes, e-books, blogs and cooking classes. As an additional result, we have increased brand loyalty.

Likewise, through the site we have contributed to the generation of a differential factor of the brand, offering an added value to the consumers of Pastas Conzazoni.
