Podcast Production for Zonamerica
The Challenge
The challenge of this project was not only to show what the companies installed in the HUB do but also to empathize with entrepreneurs and senior management about the challenges and needs they face in their roles.
Action Plan
To overcome this challenge, we planned and executed the production of various podcasts aimed at communicating topics of interest to the target audience, such as leadership, business growth, and teamwork. Considering this, we implemented the following actions:
Social Media Deployment
Creation of Teasers
We prepared short clips highlighting the most relevant moments of each podcast.
Creation of Promotional Image
We designed eye-catching images to accompany social media posts.
Publication of Teasers
We scheduled the publication of the clips on social media to generate interest and motivate the audience to listen to the full podcast.
Testimonials
Development of a Standard Scheme
We developed a repetitive format for the creation of testimonials, ensuring consistency and quality in each interview.
Recording of Testimonials
We set up a recording with two cameras, one focused on the interviewer and the other on the interviewee, to ensure an attractive visual production.
Formats for Distribution
We produced the testimonials in both audio and video formats for distribution on platforms like Spotify and YouTube.
Duration and Content
We conducted interviews with a series of questions aimed at learning more about the entrepreneur and their perception of Cali, as well as the opportunities for labor improvement in the city.
Outcome
As a result of these podcasts, we helped Zonamerica connect with its target audience through each shared testimony, their success stories, the common challenges faced by companies in Cali, and the various topics addressed around the business sector.
