AV media Production: Harinotas Magazine

Haz de Oros, the leading wheat flour and premix producer for the baking and pastry sector, aimed to continue contributing to the training of technicians and bakers through its institutional magazine, while leveraging digital channels to reach its target audience in new formats.

Challenge

Such a need required us to translate knowledge into practical, didactic, and easily accessible formats. 

Action Plan

Considering this challenge, we continued Harinotas Magazine in its digital version. This platform provides technicians and bakers with useful and practical information on new formulations, products, trends, and costs to apply in their businesses. The project implementation involved:

The outcome

Thanks to the management of these videos and their role as Harinotas Magazine complements, we have contributed to the training of Colombia’s baking sector, sharing knowledge in an easily digestible format, both physically and digitally.
