Reckitt Benckiser’s International Women’s Day Event

Reckitt Benckiser, a leading health and home hygiene products company, needed to launch its annual March 8th forum to commemorate International Women’s Day.

Following tradition, the event would take place across various international locations, promoting attendee participation to highlight women’s roles in the workforce, honoring their achievements and amplifying female voices through colleague ambassadors and expert speakers

The Challenge

Beyond designing the forum’s stage for the in-person event in Cali and broadcasting it internationally, ensuring seamless transmission and securing speakers, we identified a significant opportunity: 

Creating a lasting, safe space for Reckitt Benckiser’s women. 

Action Plan

Thus, we launched the “Reckitt Woman Movement”, a dedicated platform for female employees to drive initiatives and advance women’s empowerment in the workplace.

The outcome

The “Reckitt Woman” initiative has become a beacon for female empowerment, transcending its origins as a single event to become a worldwide hub for connection, expression, and support among Reckitt Benckiser’s women.
